CHIP grant funding opportunity
Jackson Care Connect has opened a grant opportunity for projects taking place in 2023. There is a total of $180,000 available for this opportunity, and the maximum grant award for an organization is $35,000.
Applicants must be a nonprofit organization or a government agency, and grant applications must address at least one of the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) priority areas. Those areas are Housing, Behavioral Health and Well-being, Parenting Support and Life Skills, and Health Equity. Applications will be reviewed by our Community Advisory Council (CAC).
