  • Send and receive secure messages
  • View prior authorization status
  • Check prescription coverage history

Register to use the Member Portal or Member App

To register, follow these steps:

  1. Have your Member ID number ready (found on your Member ID card)
  2. Go to the HealthTrio registration page
  3. If you have any problems with registration or login, call Customer Service at 541-500-0567 or toll-free 855-722-8208
