Mental Health Resources

At Columbia Pacific CCO, we value whole health. This includes access to quality mental health. We connect you with resources for behavior change, substance use treatment and more.

Your welcome letter shows if you have mental health benefits through Jackson Care Connect. We cover most mental health and substance use treatment services. If you’re already enrolled in the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), your benefits include most mental health services, including :

  • Assessments
  • Psychiatry and counseling/therapy
  • Substance use treatment
  • Medication-assisted treatment, also called medication-supported recovery
  • Mental health crisis services

If you’re in crisis, you can get help without a referral or diagnosis. If you’re not currently enrolled in the Oregon Health Plan, visit One.Oregon.gov to find out if you’re eligible and apply for benefits.

Most mental health and substance use treatment providers are still open to seeing new and existing clients. At this time, many services are being provided by telephone or video, but some services are still available face-to-face. Please call the provider listed to discuss options with them or contact 855‐722‐8208 for help.
