Provider updates

Effective January 1, 2027, Healthier Oregon Program (HOP) members will transition from CCOs to Oregon Health Plan (OHP) Fee-for-Service (FFS), also referred to as Open Card. Beginning January 1, HOP members can only receive services from providers enrolled with OHP FFS.  

If you are not already enrolled, we encourage you to enroll as an OHP FFS provider so Healthier Oregon members can continue to see their preferred providers and not experience disruptions in care.

Providers who currently submit encounter data only will be prioritized and fast-tracked through the enrollment process, helping ensure continued access to care for OHP members.

What do providers need to do differently?

If you are not currently enrolled as an OHP FFS provider, please submit an enrollment application. You can get information on the application process or how to enroll with OHP FFS:
