We’re with you on your journey to wellness!

Because we believe physical and mental health go hand in hand, Jackson Care Connect is taking on management of our members’ mental health services. Jackson County Mental Health will no longer manage it for us.

To give our members more choices, two new mental health clinics will begin serving our members. On January 1, 2017 we will begin referring our adult members to ColumbiaCare. Soon after that, we will offer referrals for youth members to a new provider partner, as well.

We will continue to work with other outpatient mental health providers in our community to care for our members.

After January 1, Jackson County Mental Health no longer will accept new Jackson Care Connect referrals for most outpatient services. Instead, we will refer members to our other providers.

If you are now under care at Jackson County Mental Health, Jackson Care Connect will work with their staff to connect you to an excellent provider to continue your services.
For some special care programs, some members will continue with Jackson County Mental Health.

Starting January 1, 2017 you will be able to call the same number for both physical health and mental health information: 1-855-722-8208.
